We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shipping and Packing Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping needs, handling packages, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing services
- Process shipments using various carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS)
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/card transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with supplies
- Support inventory management and restocking
- Resolve customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Assist customer with printing banner
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
