Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
- Perform specialized services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, managing appointments and client interactions using MINDBODY software.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in their professional development through guidance and support.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, color theory, and beauty techniques to provide clients with innovative options.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming salon environment for both clients and staff.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Stylist
- Strong understanding of color theory and its application in hairstyling.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A passion for mentoring others and contributing positively to the salon culture.
