An established civil contractor in the Wilmington, DE area is seeking an experienced Site Development Estimator to support bidding and preconstruction efforts for full site development packages.

Prepare detailed estimates for earthwork, utilities, stormwater, paving, and complete site packages.

Review drawings, specs, and reports to determine accurate quantities and scope.

Perform digital takeoffs and evaluate subcontractor/supplier pricing.

Maintain cost data and participate in bid reviews and handoffs.

Collaborate with project teams and develop strong industry relationships.

3-7+ years of estimating experience in site development or heavy civil.

Strong understanding of civil plans and production rates.

Proficiency with takeoff/estimating software (Agtek, HCSS, Bluebeam, etc.).

Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred but optional.
