Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic café environment. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Duties
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards.
- Help cook, and prepare food
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately as well as assisting with store phone calls.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a pleasant dining experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent service, addressing customer needs and inquiries effectively.
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with inventory counts.
- Support continuous improvement efforts for store sales and customer service
Experience
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work a minimum of three shifts per week
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere are essential.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- Social Media Skills a plus
$14 hour plus tips up to $16-18/hour.
Must be open for AM/PM, and weekends.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
