HCS Registered Nurse - Flexible/Hybrid
Description:
Theia Health Group is hiring Full-Time RN to provide HCS (Home and Community-Based Services) nursing support to agencies who care for individuals with intellectual disabilities in group home and natural home settings. Theia Health Group is NOT a staffing agency, but rather a nursing support agency. This position offers significant schedule flexibility, work 2-3 days/week remotely (from home or with your toes in the sand). Must be willing to travel to different agencies in Houston and the surrounding area.
Duties Include:
- Comprehensive Nursing Assessments
- Quarterly Nursing Assessments
- Remote (videoconferencing) staff training and delegations
- Monthly telephonic contact with Host Home providers
- Monthly medication reconciliation
- Clinical chart audits
- On-call via telephone only a few days per month
- Training for unlicensed personnel

Qualifications:
- Must have excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Must be comfortable with computers including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Videoconferencing technology i.e. WebEx, Zoom, etc.
- HCS (Home Community Services) knowledge preferred, but not required
- Current and valid Texas driver’s license required
- Two years' experience working with people with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities preferred, but not required

Salary: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
