Property management experience is helpful, but not required for the right person.
We're looking for someone who:

Experience with AppFolio or other property management software is also a plus, but not required.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this position isn't about knowing everything on day one.
It means becoming someone the team can depend on: completing work accurately and on time, communicating well, learning our systems, following through, solving routine problems, and gradually needing less direction.
We value people who know when to ask a question and when they have enough information to move forward.
Opportunity to Grow
This position is designed as a foundation-level role with room to grow.
Depending on your strengths and interests, there are opportunities to develop in either leasing or property management.
Property Management Path:
Property Management Assistant → Property Management Coordinator → Assistant Property Manager → Property Manager
Leasing Path:
Leasing Assistant → Leasing Specialist → Senior Leasing Specialist → Leasing Manager
Advancement is based on demonstrated skills, performance, and responsibility — not simply how long you've been in the position.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
