```Duties:```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally and appropriately, taking messages when necessary
- Making sure all visitors and residents are signing in and out of the building as per policy
- Provide information to callers and visitors, both in person and over the phone
- Seperate Mail coming in and mail going out
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, laminating and transcribing documents
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- professional dress such as business casual
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset
