Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience
- Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
Skills
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on customer relations
- Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platform
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy period
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly attitude that fosters guest satisfaction
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilitie
Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
