We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Limited Energy Electrician Site Foreman specializing in BMS (Building Management System) and EPMS (Electrical Power Monitoring System) installation for mission-critical facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining sophisticated low voltage electrical systems that ensure the seamless operation of essential infrastructure. Your expertise will help optimize building performance, enhance safety, and support the reliable functioning of complex electrical environments. Duties
- Lead a crew of BMS/EPMS installers on Mission Critical projects.
- Install, wire, and troubleshoot BMS and EPMS systems using schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accurate setup and integration.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized testing equipment such as ohmmeters to perform precise electrical connections and diagnostics.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, construction blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installation processes.
- Conduct routine inspections on electrical components including low voltage wiring, high voltage connections, and control panels to ensure safety compliance and operational integrity.
- Collaborate with construction teams during renovation or new build projects to integrate electrical systems seamlessly into existing structures.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures, test results, schematics modifications, and system configurations for future reference.
Experience
- Proficiency in leading an onsite crew of electrical installers.
- Proficiency in EMT and other electrical pathways.
- Proven industrial electrician experience with a strong background in commercial electrical systems within construction or renovation environments.
- Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting BMS/EPMS systems in mission-critical settings such as data centers or healthcare facilities.
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and control wiring.
- Knowledge of NEC standards related to low voltage and high voltage electrical installations.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment essential for electrical troubleshooting.
- Construction site experience with a focus on safety protocols and efficient project execution.
- Ability to read complex schematics and technical drawings accurately while following detailed instructions for system installation or repair.

Pay: $45.00 - $49.00 per hour
