Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager to lead our dental practice with enthusiasm and precision. Office is open Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Office manager is required to work all 5 days. Must be at the office by 7:30AM each day.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all administrative and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations within the dental practice
- Oversee fiscal management, including budgeting, billing, coding, and financial reporting to maximize practice profitability
- Manage electronic health records (EHR) systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or eClinicalWorks to ensure accurate and secure medical records management
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and health policy standards to protect patient confidentiality and legal adherence
- Facilitate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development
- Oversee medical administrative support functions such as appointment scheduling, patient intake, insurance verification, and billing processes
- Maintain knowledge of healthcare management best practices, including managed care policies, utilization management, and clinic experience standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare practice management with strong supervisory skills
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Epic or eClinicalWorks is essential
- Demonstrated expertise in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue cycle management
- Knowledge of health regulation policies such as HIPAA compliance and JCAHO standards
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Experience managing teams in a healthcare setting with excellent leadership and communication skills
- Background in medical office experience or clinic experience within dental or healthcare environments is highly preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing healthcare regulations and practice needs while maintaining high standards of patient care

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
