As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. From supporting our team to ensuring day-to-day tasks are handled efficiently, your contributions will help us deliver on our mission to help hardworking operations move product faster, safer, and smarter. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. - Handling a variety of tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining records. - Assisting team members with documentation, data entry, and other clerical duties. - Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows. - Supporting the team in creating and maintaining organizational systems.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or similar role. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). - A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
