Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care, with extensive experience across various clinical settings. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care, performing assessments, administering treatments, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in patient care. Available Schedules:
Full Time: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 or 7:30-4:00; no nights, no weekends
Per Diem: No required Minimum hours, no nights, no weekends
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories, utilizing physiology knowledge and medical terminology.
- Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions, and medication administration.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Educate patients on biologic and injections
Requirements
- Valid nursing license with current registration; prior experience IV Therapy experience preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems
- Knowledge of infectious disease care protocols and infection control practices essential for patient safety.
- Strong skills in patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and IV Infusion Therapy
- Certification in basic life support (BLS) required; additional certifications like ACLS or PALS are a plus. Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
