Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled carpenter with strong framing experience, capable of building full residential structures from slab through roof systems, as well as handling remodel and structural work. This is not a production framing role. Candidates must be able to work independently in remodel environments and solve problems in the field.

Responsibilities
- Remodel & Renovation Framing: Perform rough and finish framing for residential remodels, additions, and renovations, including walls, ceilings, soffits, headers, and structural modifications.
- Structural Modifications: Execute framing adjustments related to load-bearing walls, openings, and layout changes per plans and field direction.
- Plan Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings, scopes of work, and framing details accurately.
- Jobsite Coordination: Work with project managers and other trades to keep jobs moving and resolve issues in the field
- Quality & Safety: Ensure all framing work meets company standards, local building codes, and jobsite safety requirements.
- Problem Solving: Identify and communicate framing challenges common in remodel work (out-of-plumb walls, existing conditions, unforeseen issues).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential framing experience (remodel/renovation experience required)
- Strong understanding of framing techniques, materials, and structural concepts
- Ability to work efficiently in occupied or partially completed homes
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Bilingual a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision and take ownership of assigned scopes
- Candidates must be able to clearly explain past framing and remodel work during the interview process.
