Sacred Space Psychotherapy is looking for pre-licensed/Master's level mental health clinicians who are dedicated to learning and growth! If you are working full time in an agency or hospital setting, this position would allow you to see a small case load of clients to earn additional income with the benefit of excellent supervision. Or, if you are looking for a full time role you can build up a caseload of clients to gain the hours you need towards licensure and gain experience working in a a private practice setting.

What We Offer for 1099 Contractors
- $45-$55 an hour per contracted billable hour (dependent on experience and number of clients/week)
- Contracted for continuous commitment of a minimum of 8 hours per week to SSP
- Supervision for non-licensed individuals (minimum of 1 hour supervision per 16 clients contact hours)
- Supervision available for LMCH track

Committed 1099 Contractors have the opportunity to work towards a W2 position with increased benefits (minimum of 21+ clients per week)
Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses
- Create, implement and maintain treatment plans including further diagnosis and changes to treatment plan as needed
- Complete ongoing documentation and case notes according to company policy and HIPPA compliant
- For full-time status clinicians must maintain a case load of 21 client visits a week. Or make more with more client visits (not expected by employer as clinician care is a priority at Sacred Space Psychotherapy)
- Provide thoughtful service for clients
- Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare, create and record individual documentation for each session
- Coordinate services with collateral individuals such as case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, school staff or SSP colleagues/staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings, trainings when requested
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts LMHC license eligible
Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, and previous experience with mental health documentation
