Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
- Complete required documentation accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Support clients in achieving personal goals and maximizing independence
- Follow company policies, procedures, and state regulations
