Another Great HVAC Service Tech Needed

We have an opening for an Experienced HVAC Service to join our team.
The Job:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on residential and select light commercial equipment with minimum assistance and supervision
- Understand and communicate the benefits of preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, then make repair recommendations
- Communicate repair/replace options to customer for approval, and then perform approved repairs
- Utilizing company-provided iPad and software to communicate, document, and notate job details
- Complete warranty paperwork and service-related forms
- Work staggered schedule, or on-call status for emergency service with backup support, as required
- Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
You Provide:
- Desire to do quality work and provide great customer service
- Capability to perform the physical work of servicing and maintaining HVAC systems
- Ability to work in basements, attics, and crawlspaces while lifting, bending, crawling, using ladders, hand tools and power tools
- Working knowledge of soldering and refrigeration procedures
- Inclination to invest in tools used in service and installation
- Enthusiasm to participate in service training seminars and classes
- Industry certifications are desired, or ability/willingness to attain
- Clean driving record, and ability to pass background check and drug test
- Willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Aptitude for excellent customer service and communication
- Awesome attitude and work ethic

We work out of two locations – Knoxville and Kingston, but service the greater Knoxville Metro Market and Roane County.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
