Tri-Lakes Redi-Mix is hiring dependable CDL Class A or Class B Drivers to join our growing Northwest Arkansas ready-mix operation.
This is a local driving position delivering ready-mix concrete to residential and commercial projects throughout Northwest Arkansas and the surrounding area. Drivers are home every day with a normal Monday–Friday workweek.
Compensation
$1,000–$1,680+ per week
Weekly earnings vary based on hours worked, experience, workload, and customer demand. Opportunities for additional earnings are available during busy weeks.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck
- Deliver concrete to residential and commercial jobsites throughout Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Safely position the truck and operate concrete chutes at jobsites
- Wash down and maintain the mixer after deliveries
- Keep assigned equipment clean and in good working condition
- Complete required delivery and vehicle documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, customers, and contractors
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Report equipment, maintenance, and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- Current DOT medical card
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely operate a commercial vehicle
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to work varying start and finish times based on customer demand
- Ready-mix, dump truck, construction, or other local CDL experience is preferred but not required
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Start and finish times vary based on daily concrete demand and customer schedules. Some days may require early start times or longer hours during peak demand.
This is local work. Drivers return home daily.
