Position Overview
We are seeking a nurturing, organized, and enthusiastic Kindergarten & 2nd Grade Teachers who understand the importance of foundational learning and student confidence at this pivotal stage. This role is ideal for an educator who values structure, warmth, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction in core subjects
- Create a positive, structured classroom environment
- Support students in building independence, responsibility, and academic confidence
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with families
- Collaborate with colleagues and administration
- Integrate faith, character education, and service into classroom life
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (required)
- Teaching certification preferred (Texas or equivalent)
- Experience in early elementary classrooms strongly preferred
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills

Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: $34,000–$42,000, commensurate with experience and credentials
- Paid on contracted days only (typically 178 days)
