Senior Real Estate Paralegal
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)

Hourly pay range: $50 –$70/ Hour DOE
About the Role
A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal to join its Boston office on a hybrid schedule. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on complex real estate transactions, providing substantive support across due diligence, closings, and document management. You'll be a key part of a collaborative team environment where your expertise and independent judgment are valued.
What You'll Do

Support due diligence efforts for a variety of real estate transactions

Order, review, and analyze title commitments, recorded documents, and property surveys

Build, monitor, and maintain closing checklists to keep transactions on track

Draft and prepare transaction documents, coordinating execution and delivery with opposing counsel, lenders, government agencies, and other vendors

Organize and manage data rooms and matter files

Mentor junior paralegals and case assistants as needed
What We're Looking For

Minimum 6 years of paralegal experience specifically in real estate law

Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Sharp organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple matters simultaneously

Sound independent judgment and the ability to anticipate attorney needs

Deep familiarity with real estate practice area rules, procedures, and terminology

Comfortable operating with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Ability to identify connections across cases, statutes, and regulatory requirements
Education & Certification

High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred

Paralegal Certificate a plus

Work Environment
