Rehab 1st is looking for a compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team in Western Maryland.

About the Position
As an Occupational Therapist with Rehab 1st, you will work directly with patients to evaluate their needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions designed to improve function and quality of life. This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys building relationships with patients and being part of a collaborative outpatient therapy team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's needs and goals
- Provide treatment and therapeutic interventions to assist patients in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals, home programs, and strategies to support continued progress
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible Maryland Occupational Therapist license
- A patient-focused approach and commitment to providing excellent care
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a therapy team
- Outpatient experience is preferred, but we welcome qualified candidates who are excited to grow in the outpatient setting
