Part-Time Resident Assistant (Student-Friendly Position)

Lynnfield Place Assisted Living is currently seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to join our team. This position is ideal for a student looking for part-time hours in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Position Details:
- Hours: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Every other weekend required
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Pay: Depends on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide support with mobility and ensure resident safety
- Complete assigned cleaning duties in common areas
- Assist with meal preparation and light kitchen duties as needed
- Complete daily documentation and required paperwork
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Requirements:
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to remain attentive and engaged throughout the shift
- Must be able to work every other weekend
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly residents
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
