Prep Cook / Kitchen Team Member

We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented kitchen staff to join our growing team.
We are hiring for multiple kitchen positions including:
- Prep Cook
- Line Cook
- Kitchen Team Member
- Kitchen Utility
Both Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.
Schedules are flexible and will be discussed during the interview based on your availability and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meats, tofu, noodles, and other ingredients
- Prepare food according to company standards
- Cook and assemble customer orders
- Restock ingredients throughout the shift
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience
- Hot Pot or Malatang restaurant experience
- Chinese or Asian restaurant kitchen experience
- Prep Cook
- Line Cook
- Kitchen Helper
- Dishwasher
Experience is preferred but training is available for motivated candidates.
Schedule
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Flexible scheduling
- Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available
- Operating hours: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Weekend availability preferred
