Blue Rose Consulting Group is seeking compassionate, independently licensed Behavioral Health Therapists to provide trauma-informed mental health services to unaccompanied minors in a residential care setting in beautiful, sunny San Diego, California.

This is a full-time, onsite position supporting a critical federal program.
U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
What You'll Do
What You'll Do
- Provide trauma-informed individual counseling and crisis intervention services.
- Conduct behavioral health assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations.
- Develop treatment recommendations and individualized care plans.
- Help children build resilience, confidence, and healthy coping skills.
- Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation and participate in treatment planning.
- Advocate for the safety, well-being, and success of every child in your care. 200 characters or less
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license in any U.S. state or U.S. territory (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of five years of post-independent licensure clinical experience.
- Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, families, or other vulnerable populations.
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral health best practices, and clinical supervision.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Diego, California.
- U.S. Citizen.
- Experience working with unaccompanied minors, foster care, refugee populations, residential treatment, or child welfare.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary behavioral health teams.
- Experience in crisis response or high-acuity behavioral health settings.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience supporting federal or government-funded behavioral health programs.
