Traveler Pay for 40 hrs/week:
Weekly Gross: $3,123.00
Weekly Taxable: $1,800.00
Weekly Non- Taxable: $1,323.00
Hourly Taxable Up to 40:$45.00
Overtime after 40: $67.50
will be scheduled to cover all 5 Premier Health Infusion Centers:
1. Miami Valley Hospital Greenville, Greenville, OH. 7am-330pm
2. Miami Valley Hospital Troy, Troy, OH. 730am-4pm
3. Miami Valley Hospital North, Englewood, OH. 7am-330pm, 830pm-5pm
4. Miami Valley Hospital South, Centerville, OH. 7am-330pm, 9am-530pm
5. Miami Valley Hospital Middletown, Middletown, OH. 8am-430pm
Required:
Need experience in Hospital Settings
BLS from AHA, NH state license required
PharmD and RPh certs are required
EPIC is required
EPIC Beacon is preferred
IV compounding experience is required
Compounding pharmacy work setting preferred
Requirements:
Resume (Minimum 1+ year 'experience)
