Activity Aide (CNA Required)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.40 per hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You'll Do
- Lead and assist with individual and group activities
- Help plan and organize resident events and outings
- Escort and assist residents during activities and community events
- Encourage resident participation and engagement
- Document activity participation and resident involvement
- Provide resident care and support under the direction of nursing staff
- Monitor resident safety and report concerns to the nursing team
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Previous activity or senior living experience preferred
- CPR certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and passion for working with seniors
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
