About the Opportunity
A national restoration and claims services company is expanding into the San Francisco Bay Area and building a high-performance team.

The Role
We are looking for a self-driven, high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Bay Area, including:
- San Francisco
- East Bay (Oakland, Walnut Creek, Concord)
- South Bay
- Peninsula & North Bay
You will develop relationships with:
- Restoration & mitigation contractors
- Insurance adjusters & carriers
- Property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
What We’re Looking For
- Proven hunter mentality – you create opportunities, not wait for them
- Strong track record in B2B sales / business development
- Ability to build relationships and close deals
- Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Highly organized and accountable
Preferred Experience
- Restoration, remediation, or insurance claims industry
- Existing relationships in the SF Bay Area contractor or insurance market
- Experience in consultative or solution-based sales
- Job Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities B.A. in business / related field or five years relevant intangible sales experience. Spanish Speaking / fluency in Spanish strongly preferred Minimum of two years’ intangible sales experience. Intermediate understanding of intangible sales. Proficient and comfortable with technology. Prefer experience using CRM software such as Cotality CRM, Sales Force, etc. to perform account activity entry, manage sales funnel and sales reports.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business daily
- Build long-term partnerships with key industry players
- Execute outbound sales strategy (calls, site visits, networking)
- Represent the company in the field (local travel required)
- Track pipeline and performance using CRM tools
- Help establish and grow the company’s Bay Area presence
Compensation
- Base Salary: Competitive (DOE)
- Commission: Uncapped (monthly performance-based)
- Bonuses: For production + existing relationships
- Earning Potential: High six figures for top performers
