As a Menswear Style Specialist, you bring a sharp eye for fashion and a genuine passion for helping people look their best. Duties
- Complete a comprehensive training period to build the expertise and skills needed to meet company standards
- Confidently educate and engage customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suit City products
- Deliver professional salesmanship in line with company policies to meet personal and store sales goals
- Build strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays in accordance with store guidelines
- Uphold all store operations and standards to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Embrace feedback and take on additional responsibilities assigned by store leadership to support your growth and team success
Experience
- Background in sales, hospitality, or customer service
- Passion for fashion, styling, and helping others look their best
- Strong communication skills
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience:
- Fashion retail: 3 years (Preferred)
