Armed Security Officer – Overnight Condominium Patrol
We are seeking dependable, professional, and reliable armed security officers to work overnight patrol shifts at a condominium complex.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid RED SORA certification
- Exceptional driving record
- Approved firearm and Level 3 retention holster
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Professional appearance, communication skills, and judgment
Schedule:
- Shift hours: 6:30 PM to 5:30 AM
- Officers must be available to work: 3 Day Schedule
- Any two weeknights, Monday through Thursday
- Any one weekend night, Friday through Sunday
- Scheduled days may change from week to week, provided the officer works two weeknights and one weekend night.
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol the condominium complex using our company security vehicle
- Conduct regular checks of doors, buildings, and designated areas
- Maintain accurate and detailed patrol logs
- Report unusual activity, safety concerns, and incidents
- Professionally engage and assist residents when necessary
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout the property
- Follow all company procedures and post orders
The condominium complex is closely monitored by surveillance cameras. Officers are expected to remain alert, conduct all required patrols, and maintain a professional standard of performance throughout the entire shift.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
