Forge Signworks has been a leader in custom signage for over 85 years, providing high-impact visual solutions across casino, retail, commercial, and hospitality sectors. We’re growing and looking for a dynamic, organized, and client-focused Signage Account Manager (Temporary to Permanent Opportunity)
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and status updates between sales, production, and design teams
- Review, track, and manage the status of all open jobs to ensure on-time delivery
- Submit and manage permit applications as needed
- Maintain accurate project documentation using our ERP system (NetSuite)
- Ensure a smooth handoff from sales to production, maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process
- Support quoting and proposal development alongside the sales team
- Help resolve client issues with a proactive, solutions-first mindset
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication, time management, and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable navigating ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple active projects
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Bonus if You Have:
- Experience working directly with casinos, national retail brands, or general contractors
- Knowledge of local signage permitting requirements in NJ and surrounding areas!

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
