We are also open to developing the right new rep — especially someone with a strong work ethic, competitive background, customer-facing experience, or a desire to break into sales the right way.
This is not an order-taking position.
This is a field-based, consultative sales role where you will inspect properties, educate homeowners, guide customers through the restoration process, and help them make confident decisions.

Sales experience is preferred, but not required for the right person.
Former athletes, service industry professionals, military backgrounds, customer service professionals, and people with door-to-door, roofing, solar, insurance, real estate, or home-service experience often do well in this role.
What You Will Do
As a Roofing Sales Professional, you will:
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections
- Prospect and meet homeowners face-to-face
- Review property damage, photos, and findings with homeowners
- Guide customers through the insurance restoration process
- Meet with insurance adjusters when needed
- Present scopes of work and project solutions
- Follow up with homeowners professionally and consistently
- Enter clean notes and updates into our CRM
- Communicate with production and office staff
- Help create referrals and long-term customer relationships
Our office and production team provide support with scheduling, invoicing, project coordination, and production management so you can focus on sales, customer communication, and growth.
Compensation
This is a performance-based sales role with uncapped earning potential.
Typical income opportunities:
- First-Year Reps Following the Process: $75K – $150K
- Experienced Producers: $125K – $200K+
- Top Performers: $200K – $250K+
Your income is tied to production, consistency, follow-up, and execution.
Additional earning opportunities may include:
- Performance bonuses
