Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Manager to lead our guest services team and ensure a seamless check-in experience for all visitors. In this vital role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, manage guest relations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, coordinate communication across departments, and ensure that every guest feels valued from arrival to departure. Responsibilities
- Supervise front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee night audit procedures, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting at the end of each shift
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and clear communication with guests, staff, and vendors
- Coordinate guest services such as concierge assistance, room assignments, and special accommodations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and hospitality expertise
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to guest safety, confidentiality, and service standards
- Train New hires
- Create procedures and policies
- All Third Party must be handled and kept up to date regarding billing
- Assist on all front desk duties
- Must be available to cover shifts if necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment
- Strong background in customer service with excellent interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems
- Experience conducting night audits and managing guest relations in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including phone etiquette and guest services protocols
- Previous leadership experience in a hotel setting is advantageous
