Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems).
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and tire rotations.
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Repair or replace vehicle components including engines, transmissions, suspension parts, and wiring systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently to perform repairs with precision and safety.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements
- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic experience in automotive repair settings.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, schematics, and electrical systems.
- Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is preferred.
- Familiarity with ADAS calibration, vehicle alignment procedures, and suspension system repair.
- Ability to interpret automotive wiring diagrams and diagnose complex electrical issues.
- Proficiency with automotive diagnostic tools and power tools necessary for repairs.
- Knowledge of diesel engine repair, vehicle transmission system repair, and auto estimating is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance and repair tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering quality workmanship in a timely manner.
- Have a Inspection license.
