About the Role:
We’re seeking driven, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives – Restaurant & Bar Consulting. In this role, you will focus on seeking out and securing new clients and accounts for our restaurant and bar consulting services. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, plus the opportunity to earn additional income on a per-project basis for candidates with relevant hospitality experience.
This position is ideal for candidates who already have another source of income, but are eager to expand into a high-potential business development role within the hospitality consulting industry. You’ll gain real-world experience in sales, client acquisition, and hospitality consulting, while also having the option to participate in hands-on project work for additional compensation.
Please note: While these roles are fully remote and flexible, there are no geographic limitations on potential clients—you may pursue business opportunities anywhere, nationally or internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
· Research and identify potential hospitality clients (restaurants, bars, hotels, venues, etc.)
· Conduct client outreach via email, phone, social media, or in person
· Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers
· Set meetings and assist in the client acquisition process
· Support proposal development and onboarding documentation
· Submit weekly contact or call sheets every Friday by 5:00 PM
· Attend weekly virtual check-ins with company management
· Participate in periodic in-person meetings and coaching sessions (when applicable)
· Optionally participate in client projects if qualified (e.g., restaurant/bar operations support)
Qualifications:
· Required:
· Highly self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Strong interest in hospitality, sales, or consulting
· Reliable time management and follow-through
· Must have another source of income during the initial commission-only phase
· Preferred:
· Experience in sales, marketing, or business development
· Background in hospitality (restaurant, bar, venue) is a plus and may qualify for additional project-based income
· Experience with networking, cold calling, and lead generation
· Interviewing, pitching, or closing skills are a strong advantage
