Job Overview
We’re hiring a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner for both commercial and residential cleaning. This role splits time between a commercial site (several days a week) and residential properties on the remaining days.
Schedule & Pay
- $15/hour
- 8-hour workdays
- Multiple days per week
Responsibilities
- Commercial: floors, restrooms, high-traffic areas, trash removal, and general upkeep
- Residential: deep cleans, turnovers, kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Comfortable switching between commercial and residential settings
- Reliable transportation between locations
- Prior cleaning experience a plus
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely.
- Familiarity with janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance is a plus.
- Previous experience in Grocery Store or Residential Rental cleaning is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed to meet demands.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
