Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide patient-centered care
Develop and implement effective unit operations, including staffing, supplies, and equipment management
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies and procedures
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change to enhance patient care and outcomes
Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data, unit statistics, and quality indicators
