Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of rooms, common areas, and facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing, and maintenance to preserve flooring quality.
- Ensure all sanitation protocols are followed meticulously to promote a healthy environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist with custodial tasks in hotel including trash removal and restocking supplies as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with janitorial or custodial expertise.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation procedures and floor care techniques.
- Ability to perform laundry tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or similar roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation.
