Experienced Leasing Agent - New Luxury Community
A growing multifamily housing developer is seeking an Experienced Leasing Agent to lead leasing efforts for a newly developed apartment community in Hillsborough, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated leasing professional to play a key role in a high-visibility lease-up project while building a long-term career path with future growth opportunities at additional communities in the area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Convert prospects into applicants and signed leases
- Process rental applications, lease agreements, and renewals
- Deliver a luxury-level resident experience from first contact through move-in
- Coordinate apartment readiness and conduct final move-in walkthroughs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of residential leasing, apartment leasing, or property management experience
- Proven ability to build rapport, follow up consistently, and close leases
- Must be able to work Monday through Thursday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 10am to 4pm
- Availability to work Sundays
Preferences
- Experience leasing Class A or luxury apartment communities
- Lease-up experience for new construction multifamily communities
- Familiarity with RealPage, OneSite, Knock, or similar property management software
