Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Pursue expert level knowledge of Revit through training and self-exploration.
Note: On-the-job training will be provided to support proficiency in Revit, with a focus on its specialized application in aquatic design and engineering. -
Create fully detailed Revit models from schematic design level drawings.

Create fully detailed construction documents using Revit.

Assist the team with quality control efforts.

Actively collaborate with team members to ensure a well-coordinated project, and to share workloads.

Log and update background models and drawings.

Collaborate closely with the Project Managers to complete mark-ups.
-
Adhere to WTI standards and best practices in the creation of drawings.
-
Assumes responsibility for other duties assigned as needed.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

Associates degree from a technical college or better is required.

Experience with 3D design programs is preferred.

Experience in entertainment, theme park, waterpark or AE industries is strongly preferred.

Experience with design for a professional services company is preferred.

Works independently on projects, exercising good judgment, decision-making, and when and where to engage others to successfully complete a project.
