Territory Sales Representative San Francisco, CA
$75,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We're looking for an experienced, driven Territory Sales Representative to own the San Diego market, build lasting retail partnerships, and help continue LUIGI's rapid growth across California.
This is an opportunity for someone who already understands the cannabis landscape, has strong relationships with dispensaries throughout San Diego County, and thrives on creating opportunities where others see obstacles.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow the LUIGI brand throughout the San Diego territory
- Build new relationships with licensed dispensaries while expanding existing accounts
- Conduct daily dispensary visits, buyer meetings, vendor days, pop-ups, and budtender education sessions
- Execute product launches and promotional campaigns
- Drive monthly sales goals while identifying new opportunities for distribution
- Become a true product expert capable of educating buyers and budtenders on the LUIGI portfolio
- Maintain CRM activity, sales forecasting, and territory planning
- Represent LUIGI professionally at trade shows, events, and community activations
- Work closely with our sales leadership and marketing team to continue building one of California's fastest-growing cannabis brands
What We're Looking For
- MUST currently reside in the San Francisco area
- 2+ years of cannabis sales experience required
- Existing relationships with San Diego dispensary buyers, managers, and ownership groups
- Proven track record of opening new accounts and growing territory revenue
- Strong knowledge of California cannabis products, retail operations, and compliance
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Experience with CRM platforms preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout the San Diego region daily
Compensation
- $75,000–$80,000 base salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission
- Travel reimbursement
