Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Square POS system ensuring quick and precise entry
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while managing open and close procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and food preparation practices
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly

- Excellent guest service skills, including guest relations, hosting, bussing, and serving in fast-paced settings
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
