A large Indiana healthcare system is seeking a certified Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Laboratory Scientist to join their hospital laboratory team in Bedford, IN. Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, and other core lab areas
- Operate and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers
- Perform quality control and documentation procedures
- Accurately report patient results and maintain compliance standards
- Work in a fast-paced hospital laboratory environment
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- ASCP / AMT / MLS certification required
- Hospital laboratory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Schedule
- 40 hours/week
- Some weekends/holidays may be required
Pay: $24.00 - $45.00 per hour
