Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Bilingual Talent Coordinator to join our dynamic human resources team. In this pivotal role, you will drive talent acquisition initiatives, streamline recruitment processes, and foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for a diverse range of roles.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to track candidate progress and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct talent sourcing through social media management, HR sourcing tools, and cold calling to generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
- Support campus recruitment efforts by organizing career fairs and engaging with potential future talent.
- Assist in employee orientation sessions, onboarding procedures, and employment contract management to ensure compliance with employment & labor law.
- Maintain strong relationship management with internal teams, external agencies, and candidates to promote a positive employer brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles with a focus on technical recruiting or executive recruiting preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication skills to effectively engage candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP PeopleSoft, or UltiPro; knowledge of ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
- Ability to research market trends and utilize social media management tools for talent sourcing.
- Experience in employee relations, employee evaluation, and contracts management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management, lead generation for talent pools, and succession planning initiatives.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
