Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) (Contract)

Location: CA 95128
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 36 hours/week
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Employment Type: Travel or Permanent Opportunity
Pay: $68/hour

Position Summary & Responsibilities

Assist PT in implementing SNF treatment plans
Provide therapy to improve mobility and functional outcomes
Monitor patient response; report progress to PT
Document treatments accurately and timely
Support interdisciplinary care team
