Job Description and Responsibilities:
Pierce-Roberts Rubber Co. is looking for an experienced CNC Mill & Lathe Setup Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience setting up CNC mills and lathes.
· Setup and operate CNC mills 3 and 4 axis and lathes
· Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
· Select tooling and perform machine setups
· Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications
· Troubleshoot machining and setup issues
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience setting up CNC mills and lathes
· Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments
· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Knowledge of Haas and Fanuc controls
