- Call and connect with warm leads — no prospecting or door-knocking
- Help individuals and families find the right coverage
- Present policy options and close sales over the phone
- Follow a proven system to hit sales goals
- Work closely with management and improve every week

- Sales or customer service background is a plus, not required
