Loyal Source is seeking a skilled and dependable Service Technician to join our growing team in Nashville, TN. We are looking for a well-rounded technician with experience servicing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a variety of low-voltage security and life safety systems. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and technical expertise to customers.

Respond to and complete approximately three service tickets per day.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security and fire alarm systems.

Perform service work on:

Access Control Systems
-
CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems

Intrusion Detection Systems
-
Fire Alarm Systems
-
Conduct system testing and inspections to ensure code compliance and proper functionality.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommended solutions.

Complete service reports and required documentation accurately and promptly.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while representing Loyal Source.

Experience servicing and troubleshooting security and life safety systems.

Strong knowledge of:

Access Control

CCTV / Video Surveillance

Fire Alarm Systems

Ability to read system documentation, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently.

Additional preferred qualifications:

NICET Certification (any level)

Manufacturer certifications from major security or fire alarm brands

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Start Time: 8:00 AM on the job site
