Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Processing Technician to join our production department. This role involves preparing, processing, and packaging cannabis materials while following strict quality and safety standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily cannabis processing operations including bucking, weighing, trimming, and packaging.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all company SOPs.
- Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with state regulations.
- Follow proper sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures.
- Support team leads and supervisors with production goals.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass required background checks per state cannabis regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Previous cannabis or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday (weekends as needed depending on production demand)
- Shift Schedule is 4:00pm -1:00am
