JOB DUTIES:
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and
special tests, and document treatment as required by company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations
- Effectively communicate with providers regarding patient lab and diagnostic reports, condition, progress, and treatment options
- Assure diagnostic tests ordered or prescribed by the provider are completed promptly
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses
- Administer IV and non-IV medications as ordered
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing
- Maintain confidentiality of all information according to HIPAA and company policy
The Registered Nurse (RN) assumes other responsibilities as assigned.

- Ability to move, position self, consistently operate various types of equipment, able to detect/observe/identify details at close or distant range with or without accommodations, as well as exerting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally, or 10 to 25 pounds constantly
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, required
- Current Registered Nurse licensure with the State of Kansas, required
- Credentials required per CRMC policy, state, and regulatory requirements for the unit assigned
- Clinical experience in the area of work, preferred
