Overview:
We are seeking a Member Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service with a focus on providing exceptional phone, email and in-person support to our nearly 1200 members and 200 staff.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with members, parents and staff via phone and email
- Member and staff data management using company CRM
- Prepare materials and logistics for special events for members and staff
- Assemble welcome packets for all members and staff
- Assist with ski/snowboard weekly trip preparations
- Coordinate membership lost and found collection
- Other duties or projects as assigned
- Attend 2-3 ski/snowboard trips during the season, preferred

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative office work

- Ski and snowboard industry knowledge preferred, but not required
Compensation:
- 15-20 hours per week, September through March
- In-office Mondays and Fridays, 9am-3pm plus one flex day remote or in-person
- $20-25 per hour depending on qualifications and experience
