We are currently seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Part-Time Spanish Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will work with students to improve their Spanish language skills, ranging from conversational practice to academic curriculum support (e.g., school homework, AP Spanish preparation).
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality Spanish lessons tailored to individual student needs or small groups.
- Help students improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Assist with school homework, test preparation, and language fundamentals.
- Track and communicate student progress with parents and center administrative staff.
- Create a positive, encouraging, and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (both verbal and written) is required.
- Experience: Prior tutoring or teaching experience is highly preferred (experience with K-12 students is a plus).
- Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Flexible afternoon/evening or weekend availability to match after-school tutoring schedules.
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
